Asesa Health facilitates high value communications between patients, providers and industry sponsors. The experienced leadership behind Asesa Health has worked in a variety of industries to culminate in a well rounded group that understands the value of great open lines of communication to drive teamwork towards a common goal. In the case of Asesa Health, that goal is to introduce a new standard of care and interaction that starts with simple mobile reporting through an automated platform that is responsive to input from any user and easy to use and deploy to a large group of patients, providers and industry partners with very little cost or human resource requirements.
The company strongly believes that Quality of Care along with Outcomes is important for the overall welfare of any patient. However, that goal is very important to providers and industry. As true as it takes a village to raise a child, Asesa Health believes it takes a community/partnership to treat a patient. The Essessa platform helps build open communication and facilitates the sharing of pertinent real-time data that forges the partnership needed for a meaningful healthcare solution and experience.

Alexander Porter, M.D.
CEO / FOUNDER / CMO
Alex has been involved in the clinical research, development and commercialization of novel devices and products in the both the healthcare and non-healthcare markets for over 20 years. He has broad industry experience ranging from devices, to pharmaceuticals and health care informatics.
He knows first hand the importance of partnering and great communications between all interested parties leading to success which he measures as a great partnership that leads to great outcomes and satisfaction. His desire to drive change and introduce ways of improving and streamlining healthcare for all stake holders including patients , providers and industry partners was the impetus to start Asesa,
Ovid has vast experience in system architecture, interface, design and implementation for a number of enterprise level technologies ranging from industries such as finance to healthcare. The Essessa platform and its predecessor's design and construction has been under his development and leadership for nearly a decade. The robust, flexible and responsive elements of Essessa is unique and ahead of its time in terms of design, development and function.

In addition to architecture of the platform, Ovid has headed the security development leveraging his considerable knowledge of expertise in handling secure data and meeting a variety of security standards to make Essessa safe, secure and HIPAA compliant.

David Schram
COO
David has an impressive professional summary that includes roles in C-level positions throughout his career including CFO and CEO. David specializes in corporate structure and executive management. He has implemented and managed national sales teams accomplishing major increase in revenues. In addition, David has negotiated multi million dollar contracts and improved operations in several companies.

David holds an MBA in Finance and currently serves as a Board of Director for a variety of organizations throughout Washington.
Kym brings years of expertise in Business Development, Account/Channel Management and specializes in building relationships. Kym has worked for leading technology companies such as Oracle Corp., Compuware and FTI Consulting.

In addition to technology, Kym more recently held the position of Director of Development for a network of Clinical Trial sites. Her background spans both nationally and internationally. Having the technology background and a working knowledge of the medical industry makes her a valuable member of our team.
